NRL Round 6 Wrap-Up

What a week for followers of TipBetPro - 2 of the 3 Head to Head bets came in including the Bet of The Week (BoTW) which saw Manly defeat NZ and bring in a rather tasty 3.05 (whilst it wasn't recommended a rather intoxicated bet on Manly to win by 13+ was also a nice addition for the week).

To make things even better our AFL arm of TipBetPro decided to join in the fun and the AFL BoTW (St Kilda at 2.85) also came romping home.

Now it wasn't all plain sailing. As we've come to expect, the Rabbitohs somehow managed to do it again - the exact opposite of what we predicted. Rnd 1 saw us think they'd lose against the Roosters, and they smashed them, and round 6 was the exact opposite. We really really don't understand what makes the Rabbitohs tick (or not tick as was the case this week) and will avoid all bets on the hapless Bunnies!

Another disappointment was the Wests Tigers. We bigged them up, well James Tedesco mainly, in our feature article this week and they let us down. All of a sudden they are looking like the spoon contenders we thought they might be preseason.

And the Eels demolition of the Raiders (which was our third recommended bet (Raiders to win) was worryingly way off)

So despite the great wins this week, there is still work to do - the average margin error was the highest of any round.

But less of the negativity - BoTW came in again (3 of the last 4 weeks which is huge). Let's hope it continues!!
